Congratulations to Oscar & Amparo Ayala! They are Sagemeadow’s latest Yard of the Month contest winner! Their yard was selected because it is reminiscent of an English cottage garden. There is a combination of clipped hedges and beds with seasonal flowers, rarely seen in front yards of this area. Sunflowers, daisies, daylilies, and azucenas are welcoming to passersby. Background hedges of dwarf yaupon holly and nandina frame the front of the house. There are also photinias and crape myrtles just getting ready to bloom. They received an exclusive Sagemeadow yard sign to proudly display in their yard for an entire month. They also received a $50 gift card from Home Depot. Finally, they were presented with a one-of-kind certificate worthy of framing, as a memento to be cherished.
