Maintenance Fees

Owning a home in Sagemeadow legally obligates you to pay the annual maintenance fee, sometimes referred to as dues. This fee is levied at the beginning of each year. It is primarily used to pay for regular maintenance/improvements to public spaces, irrigation for our medians, electricity for our streetlights, as well as for professional consultants (i.e., property management company, attorney, etc.). Failure to pay by the due date will result in late fees on any outstanding amounts. Additionally, there is a possibility of a property lien being levied.

Annual Statements

Annual statements are mailed out in late December or early January. Due date is January 1st in the year that its due. A late fee of $25 may be charged after 30 days. The annual fee for 2024 is $174.00.

Any payments not received or postmarked prior to the due date listed on the invoice may be considered past due and subject to additional fees.

The TownSq Portal offers the ability to Pay Online or by Credit Card. Requests for Payment Plans can be made through the same portal.
