Happy Thanksgiving Neighbors,
We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! The Board of Directors of the Sagemeadow Homeowners Association announce the appointment of Goodwin & Company as our new managing agent, effective December 1, 2023. As both the Board of Directors and fellow homeowners, we understand the frustrations and challenges that you have been expressing over the past year. As we entered the final quarter of 2023, we took the necessary steps to address this situation.
After an extensive interview process over the course of several months, we concluded that Goodwin & Company is the ideal choice to provide the support we need help resolve the problems we have been experiencing and to lead our community to success. Their aim is to guide us in effectively managing the association, protecting our property values, and enhancing our community. One key factor in our decision-making process was Goodwin & Company’s impressive client retention rate of approximately 98.9% and their staff’s average tenure of 10 years. Beyond their wealth of knowledge and experience, their first-class communication skills address a major concern that many of us share.
We eagerly anticipate this new partnership with Goodwin and, most importantly, the improved service experience for all residents. Goodwin & Company will handle the entire transition, requiring no action on your part. Thank you for allowing us to represent Sagemeadow, and we look forward to seeing you throughout our community.
In the upcoming weeks, Goodwin & Company will send out an introductory letter via USPS and email. This communication will introduce themselves and provide you with important information, including contact details, access to a new online platform called TownSquare, and the assignment of a specific account number to each homeowner. In addition, please note that your 2024 assessment billing and invoices will be handled by Goodwin & Company.
Kind Regards,
Sagemeadow Homeowners Association Board of Directors
