It’s that time of year again! Your 2022 maintenance fee statement will be sent out in mid-January. The fee will not change from last year. If you do not receive your annual statement by the end of January, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we have the correct mailing address. For more information on our fees and how to pay, please see this page–> https://sagemeadow.org/about-us/hoa-dues
We are pleased to report that we’ve been able to make your fees very productive this past year. For example:
We hired a landscape company to maintain all the medians throughout our subdivision, as well as the “no man’s land” that exists along the roadways near the ditches as well as around the pipeline access points.

We recovered our median flowerbeds after the February freeze and the plantings are going strong.

We had repaired and made operational all but two of the 29 irrigation zones on our medians.

We hired a professional tree service to significantly trim back more than 120 trees we have in our medians and cul-de-sacs.

We funded a one-time cutting of the grass covering the pipeline that runs through our community.

We have successfully restarted the Yard of the Month program as an incentive for homeowners to take better care of their property.

What you can look forward to in 2022
Of course, we will continue to pay for irrigation water to keep our flowerbed, trees, and grassy areas on the medians watered. We will continue paying for electricity to power the streetlights throughout our neighborhood. We will also continue to pay for the professional landscape and accounting services we’ve come to appreciate.
We will soon have NEW subdivision signs installed to replace the aged wooden signs that have long since exceeded their lifespans. We will also install a new sign near the old volunteer fire station on Hughes.

We will continue to improve our medians by bringing in fill material where needed and sod grass as necessary.
We will make the final two irrigation zones operational.
We plan on partnering with the Sagemeadow Utility District to more consistently maintain the pipeline areas throughout our neighborhood.

We will begin the process of adding additional streetlights on Hughes and Blackhawk.
We are negotiating with professional tree trimmers to help homeowners correct tree related restriction violation over streets and sidewalks. See restriction details here.

We have also retained the services of an attorney, that will allow us to pursue non-payment and deed restriction violations more effectively.
Here’s looking forward to a beautiful, safe, and productive new year!
