Mark your calendars for the weekend of October 1st. This will be the very first community yard sale weekend for Sagemeadow.

What is a community yard sale? It is a coordinated effort to have multiple individual yard and garage sales on a single weekend.

What is the benefit of having my yard sale during that weekend? When there are more sales in the area, there are usually more potential buyers in the area. This means, a greater chance of your items being sold!

Are there any restrictions? The only restrictions are the same as having any yard sale with the exception that you don’t need to notify your HOA if you have it on that weekend.

What happens if the weather is bad all weekend? We will automatically slide the weekend to the following weekend.

What do I need to do to participate? All you need to do is plan your yard sale for that weekend! It’s that easy!
