We believe that our community can enjoy an improved quality of life as well as stable property values if consistent efforts are made to assure our community is beautifully maintained. That is why our community needs a beautification team.

The Sagemeadow Beautification Team is primarily organized to provide leadership in the maintenance and care of all public areas of Sagemeadow, as well as administer the community’s Yard of the Month program. Any resident in Sagemeadow is eligible to be a member of the beautification team.

All members are expected to be ambassadors of our community. The property’s of each member should be good examples of how a property in Sagemeadow should look like.
