It’s election time again and a single homeowner gets the privilege of being considered to serve in one of the three elected executive committee positions of either chairman, vice chairman, or treasurer. This year, the position of chairman is up for election. Aside from being the public face of the association and where the buck finally stops, the chairman is the “ring leader” and “master of ceremonies”. Ideally, the chairman is good communicator as well as someone willing to listen to concerns. They are also one who will build teams and drum up support for any variety of initiatives that arise, that will benefit the community. The chairman is also a team player. That team volunteers their time for the benefit of our community since we all have a vested interest here and only want the best for our homes and families.
WHAT: Election of the chairman to serve a three-year term.
WHEN: March 25, 2023, from 10 am until 2 pm.
WHERE: Sagemeadow Utility District Building, 10755 Hall Rd, Houston, TX 77089

Restrictions: One vote per household. Proxy votes will be accepted with written authorization only. Proxy form is available here.
Nominations: Will be accepted in person until March 16, 2023, 9 pm. The nomination form is available here or at the March 16th board meeting.
Votes will be tallied immediately following the closing of the election. The winner will be officially announced on social media, on our website, as well as at the April monthly meeting, set for April 20, 2023.
