Sagemeadow 2021 Election

Per the foundational documents of our community, an election should be held once a year, to elect a homeowner for one of the three executive committee positions of chairman, vice-chairman, or treasurer. These positions are to be filled by homeowners living in Sagemeadow, which have been nominated by one or more homeowners, to serve a three-year term. This year, the position of vice-chairman is up for election. The vice-chairman assists the chairman in carrying out the duties of the executive committee. They are also an ex officio member of the advisory council. The vice-chairman is responsible for overseeing the regular review of all vendor contracts and agreements, to determine their continued efficacy. When the chairman is not available, the vice-chairman will act as the chairman in every respect.

WHAT: Election of the vice-chairman to serve a three-year term.
WHEN: April 3, 2021, from 10 am until 2 pm.
WHERE: Sagemeadow Park, 11219 Sageyork Drive, Houston, TX 77089
WHO: Homeowners of Sagemeadow
Restrictions: One vote per household. Proxy votes will be accepted with written authorization only.
Nominations: Will be accepted in person until April 1, 2021, 10 pm. Must be nominated by one or more homeowners of Sagemeadow.

Votes will be tallied immediately following the closing of the election. The winner will be officially announced at the April monthly meeting, set for April 15, 2021.
